PURPOSE

Specializing garbage container type 1.1m3 is intended for collecting, temporary saving as well empty of domestic waste by a refuse van meet the requirements of EN 1501-1-1998 year.

CONSTRUCTIVE DESCRIPTION

Container is movable collecting container with four wheels and with capacity 1100l.It is with domed cover for dump with pipe take up and meet the requirements of construction design of EN 840-3 1997 year. Containers can be washed and disinfected by specializing machines.

Mashal Container  offering two ways to open the cover: manual and pedal.

In the first way you can open and close the cover with hand trough the handle made on the cover.

For ensure the security it time when you operating with containers the same are consider with requirements for security, according to EN-840-6.

The body of container is made of steel sheet iron 0.8 KP with 2 mm in thickness. Container is completely welded. Springs of closing mechanism are hidden. The same mechanism allows effort’s regulation to open. Brackets for catching the wheels are made of steel sheet iron with 4 mm in thickness and strengthen with gill. Wheels are made from “tellure Rota”- Italy. Two of them are with stop fixed system. They are proof against larceny with one more welding joint.

Anticorrosion holding of containers is hot galvanized.

EXPLOITATION INSTRUCTIONS

1. Containers must be placed on the ground with slope not more than 10о
2. Don’t allow using the containers for building refuse.
3. When the containers move to the refuse van the wheels must be avoid from rough and hindrances (pavement, stones, etc.)
4. Containers can be serviced only by machines which is up to the strict requirements of EN -1501-1.
5. The systems of servicing machines must be in good working order for hanging, lifting and dumping.
6. Before start lifting the container it must be well fixed for lifting mechanism of the machine.
7. Don’t service containers with load out of dimensions, weight up of admissible and damaged containers.
8. The staff must be well introduced about construction of container, with manipulation involves its emptiness and instruction for safety.

SAFETY INSTRUCTION

1. Container must be used only for its purpose.
2. Don’t allow people enter the container.
2. Don’t allow presence of people in area of moving parts of machine in time in manipulation with container.

For water, sewage and oil, with customized shapes and capacities  manufactured from solid steel sheets and available from 1-4 Cube meter.
